Vehicle Flips On Garden State Parkway (Developing)

A vehicle flipped on the Garden State Parkway in Monmouth County early Thursday, Sept. 28, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 6 a.m. in the local lanes northbound South of Exit 116 (PNC Arts Center) in Holmdel Township, according to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

The left shoulder remained blocked at about 10:20 a.m., 511nj.org reported.
